QQI conducts external reviews of providers of further and higher education and training on a cyclical basis.  The inaugural review of quality assurance in education and training boards runs from 2020-2023. This inaugural review of Tipperary Education and Training Board was conducted by an independent review team in line with the Terms of Reference at Appendix A of this document .  This is the report of the findings of the review team.

The National Further Education and Training (FET) Learner Forum is a national learner voice project designed to capture learners’ experience participating in Further Education and Training (FET) across Ireland.  The Tipperary Education and Training Board Forum event was held on the 23rd March 2022.  Feedback from the focus groups of 97 learners at the event, combined with a survey of 681 learners, is the data source for this report, representing a total of 778 learners.
