TETB Promoting Positive Mental & Physical Wellbeing

To celebrate the Cycle Against Suicide #SchoolsGoOrange campaign today, Tipperary Education and Training Board are delighted to be teaming up with health and fitness experts Believe To Achieve Clonmel to promote positive mental and physical well-being for Tipperary ETB Staff. We will be emailing our staff today with a special offer that Believe To Achieve Clonmel are offering us and we hope you will take up this great offer and start (or continue) putting your mental and physical wellbeing to the top of your daily priority list.

To launch this exciting venture, we are running a competition for a chance to win one of two Tipperary Jerseys:

One signed by Tipperary GAA hurling star and former pupil of Scoil Ruain Killenaule John (Bubbles) O’Dwyer and
One signed by Tipperary Ladies Football captain and former pupil of Coláiste Dun Iascaigh Cahir Samantha Lambert.

Both Bubbles and Samantha work as personal trainers with Believe To Achieve Clonmel. They have kindly sent us their selfies for todays #SchoolsGoOrange campaign.
