Tipperary ETB Talent Show 2019

Tipperary ETB Talent Show 2018/2019 took place in the dome, Thurles on Jan 25th. With every school in Tipperary ETB represented, a great night of entertainment was had by all.

Scoil Ruain was represented in the Junior Category with the Junior Choral Group comprising of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Years, singing and playing ‘The Parting Glass’, with Mollie Kelly dancing to it. Katelyn Reilly (Sen 1) represented our school in the Senior Category playing a piece  called ‘ Nuvole Bianche’ by Enaudi on piano. We are extremely proud of both performances and would like to commend our students for giving freely of their time and effort in practicing and rehearsing for this event. Well done to all involved.

Presentation of Junior Cycle Certificates

Congratulations to the best male, Samuel Hunter, and female, Eabha Fitzgerald, who were the top performing students in their Junior Certificate 2018.Students who achieved A Grades at Higher Level in their Junior Certificate 2018 were also acknowledged in an Awards Ceremony on Friday 18^th January in Scoil Ruáin. All students who completed their Junior Cycle in 2018 were presented with a Junior Cycle Profile of Achievement Certificate. We congratulate all the students on their great achievements.
