Annual Fun Day in Nenagh College

Congratulations to all students and staff at Nenagh College who participated in the annual Fun Day last Wednesday 16^th October. A great day was had by all. We would like to thank all sponsors for the event especially Adventure World Ltd. who generously provided bouncy castles and inflatable amenities.

Transition Year Art

TY students enjoyed a workshop in oil painting recently and produced some fantastic pieces.

Geography Field Trip

On Wednesday 16^th October the 6^th year Geography students travelled to Lahinch to conduct their field study on deposition and transportation on the beach. A great day was had and some Portuguese Men of War jellyfish were spotted on the beach after being washed up by storm Lorenzo two weeks before.

First Year 6 Word Story Winners

Nenagh College first years took part in a 6 word memoir competition as part of their study of autobiographical writing. Congratulations to Harry Gleeson who was the overall winner. Lauris Bagdons, Ryan Gratton and Troy Donnellan were runners up.
