The annual School Talent Competition was held on Tuesday 9th December in the school gym.  The seasonally festive occasion was firstly enjoyed by staff and students in the school during the afternoon and finally by staff, parents and friends of the school in the evening performance.

Our judges, Greg Browne, Betty Keith and Jenny Kelly, were faced with the difficult task of picking the top three performances from a wide variety of acts ranging from Glee Club, magic tricks, Traditional Irish Dance to solo, duet and group vocal acts.  Eventually, five prizes were awarded: Dylan O’Brien – Highly Recommended, Jody Connolly – Highly Recommended, Third place – Siobhan Phelan, Second place – Kevin Garland, First Place –Lea and Dylan Rooney.

We would like to thank all staff, students, parents and friends of the school who contributed and worked so hard to make this a particularly enjoyable and memorable ev ening.  We would like to thank Jim McLoughney for his continued support, yet again he ensured that our MC’s were attired in a striking and professional manner!
