The BTEI Culinary Skills L4 classes in Clonmel and Nenagh, as part of their Personal Effectiveness module, liaised with Focus Ireland and local food bank to cook up nutritious, warm and tasty dishes which were distributed to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in the community. Both Focus Ireland and Nenagh Food Bank were extremely grateful for the contribution. Well done to these learners and their tutor Fiona Neilan.
