QA Policies and Procedures for Assessment of Learners

Progress on merging and integrating FET procedures in the policy area of Fair and Consistent Assessment of Learners has taken place, particularly in the areas of internal verification, external authentication and the results approval process. Updating legacy policies and procedures continues to be active on the QA agenda.

The update of TETB’s assessment procedures is informed by ETBI’s suite of Assessment Reference Documents for FET that was published in 2018.

As new procedures are agreed for implementation for all of FET provision, FET centres will be informed and the new procedures will be uploaded in their relevant sections below:
