Feedback to Learners

Learner Feedback

To maximise the learner’s chances of success in a FET programme, FET centre staff must ensure that learners:

 

    • receive timely, informative and constructive feedback on their assessment throughout a programme of study that will inform their participation on the programme
    • are provided with an opportunity to repeat an assessment, when appropriate
    • are informed about the appeals process in relation to assessment results
