Requirement for Teachers in Recognised Schools to Register with the Teaching Council

Commencement of Section 30 on 01 November 2013

The Minister for Education and Skills announced that Section 30 of the Teaching Council Act 2001 will commence on 1 November 2013.

CL 0025/2013, which is available to view or download by clicking on the link below, was issued by the DES for clarification and guidance and it is important to note that all teachers must adhere to the terms of the circular.
